Welcome to Liquor Logic! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the SaaS-based services provided by Liquor Logic (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Platform” refers to the SaaS-based software provided by Liquor Logic.
- “User” refers to any individual or entity that registers for or accesses the Liquor Logic platform.
- “Services” refer to the cloud-based solutions, tools, and features provided by Liquor Logic.
- “Subscription Plan” refers to the various plans under which the services are offered, either free or paid.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian laws.
- If you are accessing the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
3. SERVICES & LICENSING
- Liquor Logic grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the platform as per the selected subscription plan.
- The license does not grant ownership or rights to modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You shall not use Liquor Logic for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable Indian laws (such as the IT Act, 2000).
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS
- Free & Paid Plans: Certain features may be free, while premium services require a subscription.
- Billing Cycle: Payments for subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Taxes: Prices listed do not include GST and other applicable taxes, which will be charged where required.
- Auto-Renewal: Paid plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
- Users may cancel their subscription anytime, but refunds are not provided for partial usage.
- Liquor Logic reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of terms or non-payment.
- Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
7. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
- We adhere to the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- We implement industry-standard security measures but do not guarantee absolute security against cyber threats.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All trademarks, software, and content on the platform are owned by Liquor Logic.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the software without prior written consent.
9. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
- Liquor Logic may integrate with third-party services, but we are not responsible for their reliability or security.
- Users agree to comply with the terms of such third-party services when using integrations.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Liquor Logic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
- The total liability of Liquor Logic, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liquor Logic from any claims, liabilities, or legal proceedings arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Platform
- Non-compliance with applicable laws
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Liquor Logic shall not be liable for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, power failures, or government regulations.
13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under Indian laws.
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Mumbai, India.
- Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Liquor Logic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
